St. Patrick Catholic Community is pleased to welcome Richard Ferry as the new Director of Advancement for both the Church and the School!  Richard has many years of experience in fundraising for Catholic churches and schools, including work in the Diocese of Dallas, the Diocese of Fort Worth and at Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep.  Prior to entering the nonprofit sector, Richard worked for many years in the corporate world, where he held multiple roles at several global companies.  

Richard received his bachelor’s degree in history and religious studies from SMU as well as his master’s in American history at SMU.  Richard also has an MBA from Baylor University.  

Richard and his family are proud parishioners of St. Patrick, where they have attended since moving to Lake Highlands in 2017.  Richard is married to the love of his life, Nancy, and they have two children: Davis, aged 10 and Veronica, aged 7.  An Australian shepherd named Finn, a bearded dragon named Gale, and five chickens round out their household. Richard is so excited to serve in the parish that has meant so much to his family.
