Deacon Fidel was ordained as a permanent deacon on June 11, 2011 by Bishop Kevin Farrell.

He is originally from McAllen, Texas.  

He has been married to Irma Lidia for 35 years. He has three married sons Fidel Jr (married to Daniela), Miguel (married to Mellisa) and Daniel (married to Jessica). 

He is also a proud grandfather to three grandsons( Alessandro 9 years old, Antonio and Armando 2 years old twins) and two granddaughters (Mía Isabel 5 years old, Sofía Noemí 2 years old.)

Deacon Fidel was assigned to St. Patrick in June of 2022 and is very active in our Spanish community.
