PRAYERS OF THE FAITHFUL   FEBRUARY 5, 2012

CELEBRANT:
When we cry for help, the Lord assures us that he is here. Let us therefore pray to him with confidence.

PROCLAIMER:

That the Church may continue to be the light of the world, bringing truth and salvation to all the nations.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

That our Holy Father may enjoy continued health and strength to lead the Church on earth.

 WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

For an increase in vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and religious life.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

For those who serve in the military, that they be surrounded with the grace and protection of the Lord.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

We are challenged to be imitators of Christ. Let us reflect His love for all people by

supporting His mission through our generous contributions to the Bishop’s Annual

Appeal.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

For the special intentions that we have in our hearts and the prayers in the Prayer Intention book in our parish.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

For those who are sick, that they may be healed according to God’s will, especially:  all those on our parish sick list.

WE PRAY TO THE LORD.

That all who have died may be purified of sin and share eternal joy, especially: OTMAR BOHAC, father of Patty St. Jacques; STEVE DORSETT JR., father in law of Bea Dorsett, ROSA CASTILLO, GWEN GRATTAN AND CHARLES GERHARDT.
